By providing these services to our patients in their place of residence, such as private homes, assisted living facilities, adult group homes, etc., we commit to providing the most effective and clinically sound therapy possible and achieving the most convenient and positive outcomes for all patients. Treatments focus on enhancing all areas of function to improve and maintain the optimal quality of life for all our patients. At Kindness Unlimited Therapy Services, we offer consultation, assessments, treatment plans, training, and resources. Our therapists are certified professionals with extensive experience in helping clients, meeting their every need wherever they live. Located in Long Island, NY, our interdisciplinary team is committed to helping our clients live a full, meaningful life with dignity and independence.

In March 2020 Kindness unlimited therapy services, through its Nigerian branch began offering non-degree courses for foreign-trained physical therapists to help them meet requirements for the United States Physical Therapy licensure. Our strategy relies on strong partnerships with individuals, higher institutions, and multilateral agencies.

What Makes Us Special

1. We provide diligent monitoring and contact tracing oversight of our clinicians; recommending and facilitating routine COVID-19 testing as per CDC and DOH guidelines, to ensure that we help STOP the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
2. We provide rehabilitation services to patients in their natural environment e.g. private homes, assisted living facilities or group homes to ensure the best possible outcomes and lead to a more beneficial rehabilitation program.
3. We bring to the patient’s place of residence all recommended equipment and modalities to speed up recovery. Our clinicians are adequately equipped to successfully treat in place. If a patient resides in an ALF /group home setting, we establish a gym at the facility at no cost, ensuring that the patients have access to the equipment and resources needed to maintain health and wellness and speed up recovery.
4. Rehabilitation services occurring at the patient’s residence eliminates the inconvenience of traveling and the cost of transportation to and from traditional offices for our patient’s.
5. We provide education and in-servicing to patients, involved family members and other members of the patient’s care team e.g. home health aides, on pertinent topics such as diabetes education, dementia /memory care, heart health and nutrition, activity facilitation, post COVID-19 functional recovery programs, etc.
6. Your goals are our goals. Thus, we work closely with the patient’s care team to ensure that our shared goals such as promoting a decrease in hospitalizations and prevention of functional decline are met.
